The above shirt represent Cohen's 2nd International appearance. The match was played to commemorate the Portuguese FA's 50th Anniversary. In the match against Portugal played on 17th May 1964 at the Estadio Nacional in Lisbon, England defeated Portugal 4-3

At the time it was identified as a shirt dating from 1966. However, it has now been identified as the match v. Portugal 1964
