A World Champions' Dinner Dubai 1981 signed menu, dated 4th December 1981 and bearing 21 signatures, including Jack Brabham, Phil Hill, Jackie Stewart, Dennis Hulme, James Hunt, Roy Salvadori, Innes Ireland, Carroll Shelby, Derek Bell, Stirling Moss etc. The first Dubai GP race meeting celebrated the United Arab Emirates' tenth anniversary in 1981 and was held on a temporary circuit surrounding the Dubai Hyatt Regency Hotel. Many former World Champions and other famous motor racing personalities attended this historic, one-off event, which included a lavish post-race dinner.
